Order Processing

Orders will be processed as soon as possible, no longer than five business days. 

 

Payments

We accept payment by all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and QuadPay. Payment will be made at checkout in order to complete the transaction.

 

Shipping

All US full price orders over $100 dollars will receive a free ground shipping option using code FREESHIP. This shipping options takes 5 to 10 business days. Should you want faster shipping, other paid options including Priority and Express are available at checkout. You will receive an email when your order has shipped with tracking information.

 

Returns

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER MARCH 15, 2021: We have updated our online order return policy to an exchange or store credit ONLY policy. We will no longer be offering credit back to your card or payment method. Please take this into account when placing an order. Please see below for details.

If you are unhappy with any of the products in your order, we are happy to return (for store credit) or exchange the item(s) within 14 days from receipt of your order. All returns must be authorized by Minnows prior to return. Please email info@shopminnows.com to receive a return authorization that must be included with your return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All returned merchandise must be in the condition you received it, i.e. unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. A Store Credit Gift Card will be issued to the email associated with your order and account within 3 days of receipt of return. Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED, AND HOLIDAY/THEMED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.  This includes Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Halloween, Fourth of July, and Christmas merchandise.

 

Taxes

Buyer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes at time of purchase. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty and customs fees incurred by their order.

Discounts

Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase, and may not be applied after an order is placed. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases. All sale items are final sale with NO EXCEPTIONS.
